Collaborative robots are much smaller, have smaller payload capacities and force limitations, and are designed with the proper safety in mind for the human coworker. Most collaborative robots are equipped with sensors to avoid collisions with human workers, have rounded edgers, and no pinch points.

With 6-degrees of freedom, each cobot is designed to retain flexibility regardless of the variables of the application environment. Every joint in the cobot is designed to be fully modular, so in the rare case that a cobot needs servicing, any joint can be swapped out quickly and easily. Switchweld Navigator™
The Switchweld Navigator is a turn-key cobot-based metal working solution designed for users with minimal cobot welding experience. Switchweld Navigator makes the robotic welding process simple, quick, and safe through a unique end effector puck that enables precise robot positioning without using a teach pendant. Switchweld Navigator is universally compatible with all popular welding power sources and supports easy swap out for all standard welding attachments. The key features of Switchweld Navigator are:

End Effectors
EFP offers pneumatic and vacuum end effectors for collaborative robots. These grippers are compact and lightweight with a high gripping force and are easy to set up.
