SCADA

Industrial PC

Our line of industrial computers come preloaded with Windows or optional Linux operating systems and the UltimateAccess SCADA development + runtime license bundle. We provide durable and stable industrial PCs that can withstand extreme temperatures, humidity, shocks, and vibrations so that you get back to work in even the most strenuous operating conditions. Each Industrial PC is highly customizable with various hardware options and operating systems. UltimateAccess SCADA can be bundled with CIMON IPC to make it a powerful Windows-based HMI. The panel industrial PCs feature a quad-core processor and 10.1-inch IPS TFT LCD display. The touchscreen display with integrated processor allows easy system setup without requiring separate PCs. The panel PCs offer high-speed processing power and wide viewing angles with true color display (16,777,216 colors). They also support various connection interfaces, including HDMI, USB, VGA, Audio, Serial, Ethernet, and more. Microsoft Windows 10 is included. The rack IPC features 1U- and 4U-sized casings. The rack mount industrial computers can be used in various sites where reliability, resistance to dust, and low power consumption are most important.

PLC

From the slim and compact PLC-S to the larger and more powerful CM1 series, we offer PLCs for any project scope. Save on cost and space with the smaller, more affordable CM3 series, or take charge of the CP and XP PLC lines’ tremendous speed and processing power. Because PLCs can adapt to most systems, they can be used in many different operations. They are critical components for HMIs and SCADA software because they perform input and output functions. The capabilities of PLC software include machine control and data collection.

Temperature Controllers

Temperature controllers offer high-precision temperature control with two-degree-of-freedom PID algorithm, high-speed sampling speed of 50 ms and ±0.2% measurement accuracy. Our temperature controllers offer simultaneous heating and cooling control, group PID, zone PID control and anti-reset windup functions for optimal temperature control in various applications. Program control and fixed control models are available with temperature/humidity controllers, allowing simultaneous temperature and humidity control with the included THD-RM temperature/humidity sensor for temperature and humidity input correction. Modular multichannel high-performance temperature controllers can control up to two or four channels of input/output simultaneously, with 50 ms high-speed sampling cycle, ±0.3% measurement accuracy, and include simultaneous heating and cooling control function. The control channels can be expanded up to 32 units and 128 channels without additional wiring for power or communication. Up to 16 communication modules can be connected to a master device for a total of 1,024 control channels. The modular design allows flexible expansion, including analog input/output modules, digital input/alarm output modules, CT input modules, PLC ladderless communication (RS422/485) and Ethernet communication modules. Temperature/humidity transducers have built-in temperature and humidity sensors and are capable of various outputs, including DC 4–20 mA, 1–5 VDC, RS485 communication with a range of -19.9 to 60.0°C, and the humidity sensors have a range of 0.0 to 99.9% RH with HART protocol to support 22 types of input.

Counters & Timers

Counters are widely used in manufacturing lines and automation systems and display and control pulse signals from input devices. Analog and digital timers are widely used in various industrial processes to control timing of devices or monitor the life cycle of devices. We offer several series and models of counters and timers.

Pilot Devices & Connectivity

We offer a wide variety of both lighted and nonlighted push buttons, selector knobs, indicator lights, E-stops, key switches and more. Some of our more popular 16, 22/25 and 30 mm offerings are square-type push button switches, square-type pilot lights, round flush-type push button switches, extended-type push button switches, round flush-type selector switches, emergency switches available in short/long head types with different switch head sizes, mushroom-head push button switches, key selector switches, and pilot lights available in round, square, and rectangular with red, blue, green, yellow, and white color options. We also have interface, relay and solid-state relay terminal blocks, 4- and 5-pin M-12 distribution blocks with 4, 6, and 8 ports.

Enclosures

Enclosures protect electrical equipment in diverse building, industrial, and utility applications. They may also shield equipment from electromagnetic and radio frequency interference. Enclosures are often used to protect the following types of equipment: circuit breakers, contactors, control panels, and switches. Our lines of enclosures meet UL certification, CSA certification, ROHS certification, CRUS certification, NEMA standard, IEC standard, EEMAC standard, and CC standard. Custom enclosures are also an option by using BOXCAD, a user-friendly web-based software, to design and customize your enclosure. BOXCAD follows the requirements of different standards and certification providers, ensuring that your enclosure will meet safety requirements depending on the enclosure you select.
