What are High Pressure Systems?
The core of the high pressure system is the air amplifier, gas booster system, and liquid pumping system. High pressure systems require the use of specialized equipment including valves, fittings, tubing, and other accessories that can handle the high pressures and temperatures that are involved. Air amplifier systems, also known as air booster systems or air pressure boosters, are pneumatically driven devices that only require the use of shop air. Gas booster systems are also pneumatically driven and can compress most gases including nitrogen, argon, helium, and hydrogen and are capable of pressures up to 36,000 psi. High pressure systems can be used to compress gas into liquids, clean surfaces, and inject materials into molds. Liquid pumping systems are a solution for any facility that requires higher hydraulic pressure via the utilization of shop air to achieve pressure up 101,000 psi.
